TrialTime is a training and qualification-records platform built specifically for clinical trials. It is operated by Positive Ignition, Inc.
Sponsors, contract research organizations, and research sites use TrialTime to define what training each role on a study requires, to deliver that training, and to keep the completion records that demonstrate their people were qualified for the work they did — for as long as those records must be kept.
What the platform does
- Defines training requirements per study, per role, so what a coordinator must complete is not the same list as what a monitor must complete.
- Delivers the training itself, including protocol-specific material, and records completion against the exact version of the course that was taken.
- Issues certificates that can be verified by anyone holding one, without an account.
- Keeps a tamper-evident audit trail of the records that regulators and sponsors rely on.
Why it is purpose-built
A general-purpose learning system can deliver a course. What it cannot easily do is answer the question an inspector actually asks: was this person qualified for this study, at the time they did this work, and can you prove the record has not changed since? TrialTime is built around that question rather than adapted to it.
